The above pre-buy cap prices were offered to Co-op members as of June 15, 2005 and were available only until July 31, 2005. New members joining the Co-op after July 31, 2005 were offered a pre-buy price of $2.15/gallon and a budget cap of $2.25/gallon. Both offers were available only until August 31, 2005.
